CREDIT POLICY

Customers who want to rent cylinders or equipment, purchase non-stock items, or buy merchandise on credit will be asked to complete the Haun credit application listed below.

Credit applications are available as follows:

BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATIONS – for all corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and DBA’s. Click here to download a PDF application. Please print and be sure to fill it out completely prior to submission.

INDIVIDUAL CREDIT APPLICATIONS – for any individuals needing credit

Applications must be completely filled out and signed for your account to be established. Completed applications can be emailed, mailed, faxed at (315) 463-5634 to our Credit Department, or hand delivered to any store locations.

It normally takes 10-15 minutes to research and establish your account once the credit department has received the completed application.
